Vor allem wie die Gerichte letztlich entscheiden werden. Aus meiner Sicht ist das iPhone erst wirklich interessant, sobald UMTS an Bord sein wird. Es ist ja schön, dass YouTube auf'm Handy verfügbar ist, allerdings machen solchen datenintensiven Produkte vor allem erst mit UMTS sinnvoll. Bin auch über die weitere Entwicklung gespannt. Vor allem wie die Gerichte letztlich entscheiden werden. Aus meiner Sicht ist das iPhone erst wirklich interessant, sobald UMTS an Bord sein wird.
